The flowers were fresh and beautiful and my recipient was very excited and very happy to receive them. The only complaint I have regards when I receive notification that the flowers were delivered. They were actually delivered between 3 pm to 4 pm GMT on 14Feb, but I was not notified of the delivery by ???Direct2Florist??? until just after 6 pm GMT on 15Feb, the following day. They incorrectly stated the flowers were delivered on 15-Feb-2025, when they were delivered on 14-Feb. This was an international order from the US to the UK and because flowers can be perishable, I would appreciate to have been notified of delivery within one hour of the actual delivery because the receiver is not always home. Whose responsibility is it to notify me, Beauty Of Flowers or Direct2Florist? This has happened several times with Direct2Florist / Beauty Of Flowers so I will probably be looking for a new international delivery service next time.
